We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Apex Outdoor Limited and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please provide details of your reason for return in a letter and send it back to us or bring it in to the store together with the products original packaging and labeling within 28 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together in original packaging and with a copy of your original receipt.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process refunds for web orders where the payment method used was PayPal.

If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please complete the details of the fault in a clearly written letter with your contact details and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 28 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.

Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for goods damaged after sale, including the incorrect washing of items that carry washing advice labels (down jackets or sleeping bags for example).

Climbing hardwear is classed as PPE and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless in the case of a manufacturer's fault once it has left the store. Similarly any safety or medical equipment may be refused for refund if deemed to have been unsealed or used prior to return. 

If you are in any doubt, please contact our team at the store who will be happy to help and advise you.

We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.
